Terms of Service

By using Ankayma ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Ankayma provides a zero-trust peer-to-peer network platform. The client agent is open source. The control plane (broker, identity, billing) is operated by Ankayma.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. F0 signup requires a GitHub account at least 90 days old with at least one repository.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Ankayma to:

• Transmit illegal content or malware
• Violate third-party rights
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt to circumvent quota limits through multiple accounts
• Resell access without written permission

4. Billing

F0 is free. F0-Plus is $9/month billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Data and keys

Your WireGuard private keys are generated on your device and never transmitted to Ankayma. We store your public key, overlay IP, and usage metadata. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Uptime and SLAs

No SLA is provided for F0 or F0-Plus. We target best-effort availability but do not guarantee it. Enterprise tiers (Phase 2+) will include contractual SLAs.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. See Honest Limits for known gaps in our security posture.

9. Limitation of liability

Ankayma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

10. Changes

We will notify you of material changes 14 days in advance via the email on your account. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration.
